Seminar Hypno-Teaching

     The first event in Sidikalang , What a seminar .. ?!!! some audiences comment . It is a really miracle in my life , I really know that teachers' mindset in this regency must be changed .In the early day of the promotion ,we're ,the promotion team are quite demotivated since the teachers we are invited say much negative words . Such as , " cut my ears as a granted , none will join " Why ... ??? " We're government teachers are paid when following a seminar " , " ha.. ha.. ha.. this seminar will be just the same like DBE program " , " oh... this seminar is too expensive , we couldn't afford .
     What a shamed .... ?! Those unprofessional  teachers are really miss a chance .Every member of the seminar is really enjoying the new knowledge hypnotically , and as a fact , they want more . And some of these future teachers try to practice what they got from the seminar .
     It's really a true condition in our country that teachers do the job of teaching only a year , and they repeat the same action the next other years . So how long they become a teacher cannot guarantee the result .
     As people develop , knowledge will develop too , How can teachers nowadays do not upgrade themselves while their students has come to a new world , a world that is much different from a decade ago .
